据财联社报道，日本半导体制造装置协会（SEAJ）发布预测称，受AI服务器先进逻辑芯片投资热潮及以HBM为核心的DRAM产线扩容带动，2026财年日本半导体设备厂商全球设备销售额预期由2026年1月估算的55004亿日元上调约两成至65502亿日元，上调10498亿日元；较2025财年同比增长26.0%，年度销售额将首次突破6万亿日元。
SEAJ同时将2027财年销售预期由56104亿日元上调至74017亿日元，同比增长13.0%，称AI服务器芯片需求持续火热及多家新建晶圆厂陆续投产是主要原因。
