BitTorrent announced it will fully launch a long-term BTT token buyback program in the third quarter of 2026.
According to Odaily, the plan will allocate 100% of revenue generated by BitTorrent’s decentralized services to quarterly buybacks of the BTT token.
BitTorrent said it will publish a detailed on-chain audit report after each buyback round to disclose fund flows and the execution process.
The company said the program is intended to provide long-term, stable liquidity support for the token ecosystem and to strengthen BTT’s role as a core asset within the BitTorrent ecosystem.
