Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has temporarily suspended the licence of Wang Tianxi, a former licensed representative of Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., for nine months, from July 3, 2026 to April 2, 2027, according to Jiemian News. The disciplinary action followed an SFC investigation into an alleged market manipulation scheme involving shares of Zhengli Holdings Co., Ltd.
