宁德时代零碳科技（厦门）有限公司近日成立，法定代表人为陈伟峰，注册资本100亿元人民币。 据36氪报道，天眼查App显示，该公司经营范围包括新兴能源技术研发、储能技术服务、电池制造、电池销售等，由宁德时代全资持股。
