MetaMask has launched a Pooled staking service that allows users to pledge any amount of ETH. MetaMask says users need 32 ETH to become a validator, and 99 per cent of holders do not meet that standard. The service is currently available to a small number of users and is expected to be rolled out to a wider audience soon. However, it will not initially be available in the US or UK.
It is reported that Pooled staking (joint staking) is a staking method in Ethereum that allows users to deposit their Ethereum into a large staking pool, which is operated by the operators in the pool for node operation and fund management.
