ZachXBT said the case must have occurred recently and involve a single victim with losses exceeding $250,000. He added that the jurisdiction must be favorable to his work.
He also said the incident must have taken place on a blockchain he supports for investigations. In addition, he said he will not handle cases involving meme tokens or prediction markets.
