6月11日消息，Ripple宣布其已完成对纽约加密信托公司Standard Custody & Trust Company的收购，此次收购的完成，为其牌照组合增添了一家受纽约金融服务部监管的有限目的信托公司。此外，Ripple宣布任命Jack McDonald为稳定币高级副总裁，同时他仍担任Standard Custody的现任首席执行官。
此前消息，Ripple表示，此项收购一旦获批，Ripple将可以进行加密货币托管和结算业务。
