据界面新闻报道，集邦咨询最新报告称，2026年第三季度传统DRAM合约价格预计环比上涨13%至18%，NAND闪存合约价格预计环比上涨10%至15%；AI推理系统和超大规模数据中心需求强劲、供应持续受限，存储厂商将产能转向利润率更高的服务器产品，消费类存储产能进一步收缩。野村证券表示，全球存储行业核心矛盾仍是供应严重短缺，AI驱动的结构性需求增长尚未见顶。
