Lighter founder and CEO Vladimir Novakovski said in a post on X that he has become a member of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (CFTC) Innovation Advisory Committee.
According to Odaily, Novakovski wrote that he is proud to have built Lighter in the United States from the beginning and said he started contributing this year by joining the committee.
Odaily added that the Innovation Advisory Committee was established to provide advice to the CFTC on complex issues at the intersection of technology, law, policy, and finance.
