远东发展拟7.5亿元向京东旗下JD Fabulous出售捷彩全部股份

远东发展（0035）公布，与京东（9618）旗下JD Fabulous订立买卖协议，以7.5亿元出售持有物业的捷彩有限公司全部已发行股份。据明报报道，该物业为油麻地学生宿舍，原为海景丝丽酒店，一直将客房改建为学生宿舍单位，预计全面改建将于今年下半年完成。
