Dragonfly 管理合伙人 Haseeb Qureshi 发布视频，回应社区对 Venice 项目 VVV 代币性质的争议。
据 Foresight News 报道，其称 Venice 是一家中心化公司（非去中心化网络），VVV 代币不代表对公司的所有权或股权。
其表示，VVV 的功能为质押铸造 DIEM，以获得 Venice 推理算力使用权，并享有 Venice Pro 等产品权益；Venice 将用业务收入回购并销毁 VVV，以减少代币供应量。
其还称，Venice 此前进行了传统股权融资，创始人不会将公司大量股权无偿分配给代币持有者；Venice AI 于 7 月 1 日完成 6500 万美元 A 轮融资，Dragonfly 领投。
