According to Scopescan, a whale withdrew 256 billion PEPE ($2.90 million) from Bybit. It deposited 200 billion PEPE ($2.80 million) into Bybit after the last spike in May, and now it is hoarding $PEPE, holding 291 billion PEPE ($3.50 million).
