SemiAnalysis said in a post on X that NVIDIA’s Kyber NVL144 has faced a major setback and has been delayed by more than 12 months, with its release pushed to 2028.
According to Odaily, SemiAnalysis said the delay comes about three months after Jensen demonstrated Kyber NVL144 at GTC.
SemiAnalysis also said NVIDIA’s NVL72x2 back-to-back rack architecture has been canceled, which it said limits the scaling domain of Rubin Ultra.
