Carlos Queiroz has stepped down as Ghana head coach after three months in charge following their World Cup exit in the last 32, according to Yahoo Sports. The 73-year-old took over in April and led Ghana to third place in Group L before a 1-0 loss to Colombia in the first knockout round.
Queiroz was managing at his fifth consecutive World Cup and has also coached Iran, Portugal and Egypt at major tournaments. Jordan also parted ways with head coach Jamal Sellami after finishing fourth in Group J.
