据界面新闻报道，日联科技发布说明及风险提示称，针对媒体报道，公司全资子公司拟使用自有资金7328.85万元认购QES Group Berhad定向增发的10%股份；交易完成后对目标公司持股9.1%，不形成控制，对公司经营业绩不构成重大影响。QES Group Berhad为马来西亚证券交易所主板上市公司，业务涉及半导体及晶圆检测、测试、测量等设备及解决方案。
