广东房协将联动全产业推出四大举措N项配套促进商品房消费

6月11日讯，据广东省房地产行业协会消息，广东房协决定联合部分地市房协和相关机构共同开展“1+4+N”广东商品房促消费全产业大行动。开展“粤团购”“以旧换新全国免佣”“先租后售”“大宗交易对接”等四项行动，并联动政府、金融机构、中介服务机构、生活服务商、媒体等实施N项配套措施，旨在凝聚全产业力量提振市场信心、促进商品房消费、提升人民群众居住品质。
