Feisu Innovation (3355) said it will acquire 100% equity interest in Shanghai Boda Data Communication for RMB330 million, according to Ming Pao.
The sellers include Chen Qun, Wang Ge, Chen Zhiqiang, Xu Jing, Li Chuang, Xu Jianming, Liu Yu, Ni Xinping, Yang Furong, Yu Yaqin, Xu Chaoyang, Chen Xiaomin, Xu Jian, Peng Shuangting and Zhou Yan. Feisu Innovation said the consideration will be paid using the company’s internal funds.
