据界面新闻报道，中国证券业协会执业信息显示，国联民生证券研究所前常务副总经理兼策略首席分析师包承超已于7月2日正式加盟中信证券，出任研究部策略大组长。公开资料显示，其曾任国联民生证券研究所常务副总经理兼首席策略分析师，2016年—2023年10月在长江证券策略组任职并于2017年起升任首席策略分析师。
