比特币矿企IREN向两位联席CEO丹尼尔·罗伯茨和威廉·罗伯茨授予合计1820万份限制性股票单位（RSU），价值约7亿美元，约占公司5%，锁定期至2033财年。据 BeInCrypto 报道，董事会于6月30日批准每人9,099,328份，分四年归属且每期设两年禁售，2033财年最后一批解禁；两人2031财年前不得再获股权激励。消息后IREN股价7月2日跌约10%至38.82美元。
