据界面新闻报道，光大证券研报称，国内氟化工领军企业正加速布局含氟新材料，打造第二成长曲线。在半导体领域，高纯度（如G5级）电子级氢氟酸过去长期被日美企业垄断，近年来国内企业突破超净高纯工艺瓶颈，产品通过国内外一线晶圆代工厂认证并进入规模化放量阶段；在数据中心散热方面，液冷需求上升带动企业布局全氟聚醚（PFPE）等含氟冷却液。
