Six blockchain addresses bought 12,128 ETH via CowSwap over the past two hours and later transferred the ETH in batches to Tornado Cash.
According to Odaily, on-chain analyst Ai Yi said the purchases were made at an average price of $1,760.55 per ETH.
Ai Yi said the USDC used to buy the ETH was bridged from Solana through Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP). The analyst added that transactions linked to the source address can be traced back as far as four years ago.
