Web3 Finance Club and Request Finance have released the results of the Web3 Financial Professional Salary Survey, which shows that Web3 financial professionals earn significantly more than their counterparts in traditional finance roles, growing by an average of 27%, and some positions (such as accountants) earn 128% more, but a significant gender pay gap persists, with women earning an average of 46% less than men. In addition, 92% of respondents work remotely, well above the global average, reflecting the modern, flexible nature of Web3 roles.
