据Odaily星球日报报道，该试点面向移动钱包跨境充值、国际商业交易和汇款等场景；世界银行估计，撒哈拉以南非洲跨境汇款成本平均接近转账金额的8%。
Visa此前已与非洲加密货币交易所Yellow Card合作，探索稳定币资金管理业务和国际结算。
