据Odaily星球日报报道，SemiAnalysis于2月下旬发布初步观点，许多客户对其30%的数字提出异议。5月，SemiAnalysis称将DRAM、NAND和HBM合并计算后，Nvidia系统中的内存支出到2026年底将超过30%，并在2027年超过40%。SemiAnalysis预计这一动态将在未来几个月得到更多理解。
