Ireland’s central government account balance stood at a surplus of 700 million euros by the end of June, compared with a surplus of 4.5 billion euros in the same period a year earlier.
According to Jin10, Ireland’s Department of Finance said the decline in the central government account surplus was mainly affected by Apple’s back tax payments.
