Cellnex Telecom SA and American Tower Corp. are poised to reach a deal to provide tower services to Zegona Communications Plc’s Spanish telecom operator, according to people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported.
The agreement would replace Vantage Towers as the operator’s mast provider.
