今日中午招股截止的新股瑞为技术（7656）发布澄清公告称，因“不慎印刷错误”对招股书内容作出修订，据明报报道，修订涉及招股书第110页有关公司股东需遵守禁售期的股份占IPO完成后已发行股本总额比例（禁售股占股本比例）。
公司董事会表示，相关澄清不会影响潜在投资者对集团业务、运营或财务状况的评估，亦不会对全球发售产生任何重大影响。
