据 NS3 报道，发起提案的验证者投票账户需至少持有10万枚SOL，且代表活跃质押15%的验证者支持后，提案方可进入投票。
此前SIMD-0228通胀提案获61.39%赞成，未达到66.67%的通过门槛。
