美国调整USMCA为年度审查机制

据界面新闻报道，美国政府在当地时间7月2日发布声明，不会按原有机制续签《美墨加协定》（USMCA），将其运行方式调整为每年审查一次。美国贸易代表办公室称，因三方未能一致同意续签，USMCA将继续有效但进入年度审查和持续谈判阶段；若此后仍无法达成延长共识，协定将在2036年到期。美国贸易代表贾米森·格里尔表示将分别与墨西哥、加拿大磋商，美墨将在7月20日当周举行第三轮双边谈判。
