PBOC, NFRA, CSRC and SAFE Seek Public Comment on Draft Cybersecurity Rules for Financial Sector

The People's Bank of China (PBOC), the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA), the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) have jointly drafted the Measures for the Cybersecurity Management of the Financial Industry (draft for public comment) and are soliciting public feedback, according to 36Kr. The regulators said the move aims to further standardize cybersecurity management across the financial sector.
