Beijing Dynapower Co. said on July 3 that it received notice from controlling shareholder and actual controller He Zhenya that he is planning a share transfer that could lead to a change of control, according to Jiemian News. The company applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange for a trading halt, and its shares will be suspended from the market open on July 6, 2026. The suspension is expected to last no more than two trading days.
