The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) endorsed the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (CLARITY Act) in a letter to Senate leaders John Thune and Chuck Schumer. According to BeInCrypto, NOBLE is the first major law enforcement group to formally back the bill, with the letter signed by NOBLE National President Reneé Hall. NOBLE said the bill expands regulatory obligations, strengthens forfeiture authorities, adds compliance expectations and oversight of crypto kiosks, while not changing existing federal criminal authorities. Other groups have raised concerns, including over Section 604; the bill needs 60 Senate votes.
