羲禾科技科创板IPO获上交所受理

据界面新闻报道，6月30日，上交所正式受理上海羲禾科技股份有限公司（简称羲禾科技）科创板IPO申请，保荐机构为国泰海通。招股书显示，公司2025年营收4.61亿元、净利润1.76亿元；2025年硅光集成芯片销量475.43万颗，毛利率62.82%。本次IPO拟募资24.3亿元，其中9.52亿元投向“下一代硅光集成芯片研发及产业化项目”。
