据Odaily星球日报报道，自 2027 年 1 月 1 日起，相关机构将遵守风险管理规则、资本要求和信息披露政策等审慎要求；到 2028 年 6 月 30 日，VASP 将不论规模被纳入第 4 分部，并无法享受第 5 分部低风险机构的简化合规制度。
