Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said an agreement had been reached on arrangements for transit through a strait during a trip to Oman a few days earlier. According to Jin10, Ghalibaf said the agreement was made under Article 5 of a memorandum of understanding.
