ICICI Bank Ltd., India’s second-largest private-sector lender, is in talks to raise at least $500 million in offshore bonds, according to Bloomberg.
The lender is seeking to capitalize on a recent Reserve Bank of India concession for overseas borrowings, people familiar with the matter said.
