Some users initially thought the issue was caused by their mobile network. The topic “Tonghuashun crashed” also trended on Weibo.
In the comment section of Tonghuashun’s official Weibo account, users said the server had frozen in the morning and complained that it had not been fixed for half an hour. Tonghuashun said on July 3 that service had now been restored and that it was still investigating the specific cause.
