Securitize shares rose 4.4% in their New York Stock Exchange debut under the ticker SECZ, alongside the launch of tokenized versions of its shares on Solana and Avalanche.
According to NS3.AI, the company raised $400 million in its public offering at a valuation of more than $1 billion.
Securitize said the tokenized shares will be available to eligible U.S. investors after completing onboarding, eligibility screening, customer identification, and anti-money-laundering checks.
