On June 11, it was learned from the China Manned Space Engineering Office that the selection of the fourth batch of preparatory astronauts for our country's manned space project ended before the working day. A total of 10 preparatory astronauts were finally selected, including 8 space pilots and 2 payload experts (1 payload expert in Hong Kong and 1 in Macau). Later, they will enter the China Astronaut Research and Training Center for comprehensive and systematic training. At present, our country's astronaut selection and training system is more mature and perfect. With the deepening of international cooperation in manned space, foreign astronauts will also participate in selection and training and perform China Space Station missions.
