迅策拟配售筹资净额约7.71亿港元

于2026年7月2日（交易时段后），迅策公告称，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，同意以每股107.70港元配售股份；假设全数配售，所得款项总额预期约7.84亿港元，净额预期约7.71亿港元。据36氪报道，公司拟将所得款项用于强化全链路AI数据基础设施、扩大跨产业商业化及可扩展解决方案部署、以客户为导向的国际化策略拓展海外部署，以及用作营运资金及一般企业用途。
