Securitize周四以代码SECZ在纽约证券交易所开始交易，并在同日将新上市普通股上链。
据 NS3 报道，符合条件的美国投资者在完成开户注册、KYC、AML及司法辖区检查后，可通过Securitize的受监管平台获取代币化SECZ。
SECZ在与坎托股权合伙公司（Cantor Equity Partners）合并后推出，该交易带来约4亿美元资金。
代币化SECZ将部署在Avalanche和Solana上。
