Securitize began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ on Thursday and placed its newly listed common stock onchain the same day. According to NS3.AI, eligible U.S. investors can access tokenized SECZ through Securitize’s regulated platform after completing onboarding, KYC, AML, and jurisdiction checks.
The SECZ listing followed a merger with Cantor Equity Partners, which brought roughly $400 million in proceeds. Securitize said tokenized SECZ will launch on Avalanche and Solana.
