Ondo Finance said it is adding shareholder voting rights to more than 250 tokenized securities through a partnership with Broadridge, enabling holders to take part in proxy voting and receive corporate communications.
According to NS3.AI, the new governance features will be introduced alongside Ondo’s first U.S. custodial tokenized securities.
Ondo’s data indicated the tokenized stock market has expanded to $1.67 billion and includes nearly 181,000 unique holders.
