Kuaishou Technology (1024) said its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Beijing Keling, will enter into a restructuring agreement to inject about 31.67% equity of its video-generation large model business, Kling AI, into Beijing Keling, according to Ming Pao.
After the transaction, Kuaishou said the group will still hold about 68.33% of Beijing Keling. Beijing Keling also announced a capital increase of up to RMB20.447 billion, or $3 billion, alongside the injection of the AI business.
