Global investment in 300mm fab storage equipment is expected to reach $52 billion in 2026, representing a 29% increase, according to SEMI.
According to NS3.AI, SEMI also projects investment will rise a further 11% to $57 billion in 2027.
The figures reflect SEMI’s outlook for continued growth in spending on storage-related equipment for 300mm semiconductor fabrication facilities over the next two years.
