Ondo Finance has launched blockchain-based versions of BlackRock's IVV ETF and Micron shares under the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s third-party custodial tokenization model. According to NS3.AI, the tokenized securities are issued on Ethereum through Oasis Pro TA, an SEC-registered transfer agent that Ondo acquired last year.
Broadridge will manage proxy voting, regulatory disclosures, and shareholder communications for the product. The offering is not yet available to U.S. investors.
