Ondo Finance 宣布在美国推出一套适配本土监管规则的第三方托管型代币化证券解决方案，底层资产依托以太坊发行，并与金融基础设施服务商 Broadridge 达成合作，为代币化股票持有者提供股东治理与代理投票配套服务。
据Odaily星球日报报道，该方案采用双层合规架构：底层标的股票仍存放于美国持牌传统托管体系内；由 Ondo 旗下注册转让代理机构按 1:1 比例对应铸造代币并部署在以太坊公链，底层实物证券同步交由合规托管机构保全。
