数据中心运营商 Switch 宣布正式启动 20 亿美元私募融资，a16z 领投。 据Odaily星球日报报道，知情人士称，Switch 此次融资后的企业估值（含债务）可能接近 500 亿美元，股权价值约 190 亿美元（不含新增投资）；消息人士称 a16z 将投资约 4 亿美元，高盛集团和摩根大通正在协助推进该轮融资，此次融资或将为 Switch 最早于明年进行首次公开募股（IPO）做准备。
