美高梅中国（2282）与大股东美高梅国际（美：MGM）订立协议，美高梅中国将以内部资源出资2000万美元，向美高梅国际收购美高梅亚太。据明报报道，此举将使美高梅中国涉足中国大陆轻资产酒店管理业务，相关业务覆盖中国大陆各城市8间在营酒店，并拥有超过12个活跃项目的项目储备，同时可接触逾150万名“美狮荟”忠诚计划会员。
