Futu said that in the first half ended June 30, total subscription amounts for 84 Hong Kong IPOs subscribed via its platform were close to $9.3 trillion, according to Ming Pao.
Futu said 70 of the IPOs recorded subscriptions of more than $100 billion each, and 36 exceeded $1 trillion. It added that more than 880,000 investors cumulatively participated in IPO subscriptions, and that its platform accounted for about 47% of the overall Hong Kong IPO subscription amount market-wide.
